Tammy is a womxn with many callings- where she once thought this was her downfall, she realized this was her biggest strength and began dabbling in all her interests. She's now a holistic health coach, reiki practitioner, and doula in training- as well as a writer and community organizer. Her work is aimed at empowering and liberating women from societal pressures and traumas, first and foremost.
